Simply mix the ingredients and pat the dough into the pan. No rolling pins required for this easy pie crust.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp milk
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Pat the dough into a pie pan, pressing across the bottom of the pan and up the sides.
- Crimp the dough along the edge of the pie for a more finished look.
- Fill the pie crust and bake according to the pie's directions.

Intersesting no rolling therefor less mess. I must try this. I have resorted to store bought to avoid the hassle of rolling in my little kitchen!
I love the ease of making the pie crust and topping on this recipe! I normally do a crumb crust for apple pies so this was a nice change. I did use olive oil for the crust and it was sooo easy! Thanks for passing this recipe on!
